A veteran of resume and cover letter writing and the crafting of individual biographies, Randi Lee brings a strong customizing background to the Resume Genie team.  Randi has written resumes and bios for every career level, from graduates just entering the field to top-most executives. Her resumes have appeared in numerous proposals and on international trade websites.

Randi’s unique approach to resume, cover letter and biography writing stems from a rare and diverse background, one that juxtaposes the technical aspects of writing with the creative: not only has she published two books and countless short stories and poems, she also has a healthy number of trade publications under her belt. Her ‘day job’ includes marketing, communications and project management and delivery, as well as curriculum vitae management for a large portion of her firm’s staff. She also writes several news articles for her firm’s intranet site on a weekly basis, keeping her journalism skills sharp and on-point.

Having been involved in information technology, executive assisting, media arts, insurance, business administration, retail, dog training, acting and property management, Randi understands the special considerations that go into writing for a plethora of trade markets; thus, she possesses the skills necessary to target those markets and create winning copy for individuals in pursuit of their dream position.
